  1. Beverage Service: Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a fast-paced festival environment.
  2. Pint Pulling: Skilfully pour pints of beer and cider while maintaining quality and minimizing waste.
  3. Cash Handling: Process customer payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions efficiently.
  4. Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to ensure a positive experience for all festival attendees.
  5. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean and organized, including restocking supplies and disposing of waste.
  6. Compliance: Adhere to all relevant alcohol licensing laws and regulations, including age verification and responsible serving practices.


  • Prior experience in bartending or hospitality roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in pulling pints and operating POS systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, throughout the duration of the festival.
