We are looking for staff based in the North Dublin/Meath area.
Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast menu items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Assist in menu development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with fellow chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during breakfast service.
  • Execute special event menus and catering orders as needed.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation in our breakfast offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment, specifically with breakfast cuisine.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred, but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Passion for food and dedication to delivering exceptional quality.
