Key Duties:

  • Prepare and cook dishes to impeccable standards.
  • Oversee and manage a designated section of the kitchen.
  • Ensure all food preparation and presentation align with the restaurant’s high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Mentor and supervise junior kitchen staff.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a top-tier restaurant.
  • Exceptional culinary skills with a keen eye for creativity and detail.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of health and safety standards in the kitchen.
