Position: Chef & Chef de Partie
Role Overview: Join our kitchen team as a Chef  or Chef de Partie, where you’ll manage a specific kitchen section and ensure top-notch preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining kitchen efficiency and delivering outstanding dining experiences for our guests.

We are looking for Chefs based in around Dublin, North & South and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Section Management:
Supervise the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in your assigned section.
Maintain the highest quality standards and ensure timely service of all dishes.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with the Sous Chef and Head Chef regarding any issues or requirements in your section.

Food Safety and Hygiene:
Uphold excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards in your area.
Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
Inventory and Stock Control:
Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary to maintain sufficient supplies.
Manage inventory efficiently to minimize waste.

Quality Control:
Perform regular quality checks on ingredients and finished dishes.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualifications.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and diverse cuisines.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Keen attention to detail and a passion for food quality and presentation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
