  • Mentorship: Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen operations during service hours.


  • Experience: Proven track record as a Chef or in a similar role.
  • Education: Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Skills: Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail and creativity.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
  • Required Gear: Chef Whites/Blacks, safety shoes, and knives.
  • Certification: Valid Manual Handling certificate.
