Job Description: As a Chef at ECS Recruitment, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals according to our clients standard recipes and specifications. Your expertise in various cooking techniques and cuisines will be essential in delivering outstanding dishes that delight our guests.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with our recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items.
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Manage kitchen operations during service hours.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Chef Whites/Blacks, knives and safety shoes
  • Valid Manual Handling Certificate
