External Sales Representative – Insulation

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations on insulation solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience of an external sales in the construction industry, preferably Insulation.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated, with an ability to work as part of the sales team and individually to meet sales targets.
  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop working relationships internally and with the wider network.
  • Engage with suppliers in relation to product, technical and support enquiries.
  • Sales order input accuracy.
  • IT Skills, Microsoft Office packages; Excel and Word.
  • Technical and sales knowledge of insulation related products an advantage.
