Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and possess a strong background in marketing, with a focus on promoting boutique hotels and luxury experiences. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the hotel’s brand visibility, attract new guests, and drive revenue growth.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive occupancy rates.
  • Collaborate with the hotel management team to identify target markets and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including website content, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Create engaging and compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate promotional events and partnerships to showcase the hotel’s unique offerings and attract new clientele.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry partners to generate positive publicity and coverage for the hotel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles within the hospitality industry, with a focus on boutique hotels or luxury accommodations.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding aesthetics.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software for tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
