Payroll and Compliance Officer

ECS Recruitment are seeking an experience Payroll and Compliance Officer to join their team.

As a Payroll and Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for the efficient processing of payroll, management of accounts receivable and accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role is crucial for maintaining financial accuracy and supporting our agency’s operations.

Payroll Management:

  • Process payroll for temporary employees, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
  • Maintain detailed payroll records and prepare payroll reports as required.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.


  • Ensure payroll processes comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, providing required documentation and information.

Accounts Receivable:

  • Generate invoices for client companies and ensure timely issuance.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable records and prepare related financial reports.

Must Have:

  • Previous experience with Time Management Systems.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
