ECS Recruitment are currently seeking a Quality Control Supervisor for a printing Company based in Dundrum Business Park.

Responsibilities:

• Make final decisions on shifts and liaise with Operators on quality issues.
• Ensure FWO’s are dispatched in a timely fashion.
• Understand and have knowledge of SOPs.
• Undergo routine trainings, assist and supervise Customer audits.
• Assist in external audits and carry out part of internal audits.
• Cover QC Manager in their absence.
• Deal with Customer Complaints and Non-Conformances.
• Deal with rejections, including material rejections and complete paperwork/claim forms.
• Liaise with Customers/Suppliers in relation to claims/replacement stock/samples.

Requirements:

• 2 years + experience in a similar role.
• Accuracy and good attention to detail.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.

For the successful candidate this will be a full time permanent position.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
