Reservations Manager

The Reservations Manager will work closely with their team including Reservations Supervisor, Reservations Agents and Conference & Events Executives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manages and maximizes bookings for individuals and groups by handling enquiries from various sources, checking availability, and providing detailed quotes.
  • Follows up on quotes, confirms bookings, and ensures payment processes are adhered to.
  • Oversees group check-outs, and generates invoices. Communicates bookings internally, attends relevant meetings, and handles conferences and events as needed.
  • Manages the reservation team and promptly communicates any key changes.
  • Oversees standards and operations of reservations department ensuring continuous improvements.

Job Requirements: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems.
  • Background in customer service with a strong customer-focused ethos.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Team management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Experience in reservations or a front office role.
