Role Overview:
As a Senior Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and consistently achieving your targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefings to offer management and onboarding.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Provide expert advice and market insights to clients and candidates.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in permanent recruitment, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
