Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef with a passion for culinary excellence and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry. This is an exceptional opportunity to further your career in a supportive and family-like environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in ensuring all kitchen staff meet our 4-star standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Promptly and effectively handle guest queries, accommodating special requests and dietary needs.
  • Support revenue maximization and cost management through efficient kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to update menus seasonally and ensure consistency and quality.
  • Oversee daily checks on product satisfaction standards and consistency.
  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure products meet standards before presentation to guests.
  • Assist in updating hotel recipes, menu specifications, and implementing menu changes.
  • Maintain a seamless and efficient service for guests at all times.
  • Provide staff with the necessary tools and utensils for optimal performance.


  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on senior Chef de Partie seeking career advancement.
  • Level 3 HACCP Management Qualification.
  • Proficiency in menu engineering, design, and cost control management.
  • Experience in wage forecasting, rostering, stock control, and budgeting.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with HACCP legislation and implementation.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
