ECS Recruitment is seeking a Store Manager for our client based in Dublin.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch in line with company policies and procedures, as well as ensuring the highest levels of customer service and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Drive high levels of Sales, Service & Standards for customers and branch
- Manage overall day to day operations of the branch in line with company policies and procedures
- Manage, supervise and control the retail staff, including ongoing performance and development conversations
- Drive community initiatives
- Responsible for the overall ordering, merchandising and selling of stock
- Rostering staff to ensure the right staff are in place at the right times
- Cash handling
- Administration such as time-sheets, invoices and training logs.
- Ensure general housekeeping and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Working closely with HR in relation to ongoing staff performance and development conversations, contract renewals, training logs, recruitment, induction and GDPR compliance.
- Recruitment and Induction
- Mentoring of less experienced staff
- General Sales, Service and Standard responsibilities
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in Pharmacy or Healthcare Retail
- Qualification in Retail or similar experience
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (staff, community, suppliers)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Work on own initiative and make decisions
