In order to be compliant with ECS Recruitment requirements, candidates must provide a Manual Handling Certificate, a valid working visa, and a passport. The Manual Handling Certificate is required to ensure that candidates have the necessary training and knowledge to safely handle materials and equipment in the workplace. The working visa is required to verify that candidates are authorized to work in Ireland. Finally, the passport is required to verify identity and citizenship. It is important for candidates to ensure that these documents are up-to-date and valid at all times while they are registered with our agency.

If your documentation expires or becomes invalid while you are registered with a recruitment agency, we will ask you to renew or update your documentation as soon as possible.

If you are unable to renew or update your documentation in a timely manner, it may affect your ability to take on new shifts through us. In some cases, we may be unable to place into work until your documentation is in order. It is therefore important to keep your documentation up to date and to inform us if there are any changes or issues with your documentation.

Yes, there are a number of industries and job types that have additional compliance requirements that you should be aware of. Yes, once you’ve worked with us and provided all of the necessary information, your payment will be sent to your bank account.

As a temporary employee, you will be paid every Friday. As a result, you will get compensated for the job you completed over the prior week, which runs from Monday to Sunday.

(For example, if you worked Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday last week, your money will be deposited into your bank account this Friday.)

You do not need the PPS to work with us. We will provide guidance to assist you in obtaining a PPS number once you start working with us. However, please note that not having a PPS number may result in emergency taxation.

No, we do not accept Revolut Bank Accounts since we require Irish Iban to make payments. Revolut in Ireland is regulated by the Bank of Lithuania and does not give an Irish IBAN. With that, your IBAN must be IRISH and begin with IE.
