This rigorous course covers all aspects of leadership and management. It is designed to equip graduates with the skills and knowledge they need to navigate the ever-changing landscape of the hotel industry.
ECS Safety & Training was pleased to have the opportunity to contribute to the course by providing hospitality training. The company’s Operation Manager John Cronin delivered a range of training modules to the course participants, which helped to enhance their understanding of management concepts and practices.
